The Project:
KD Development sought the expertise of TB Penick to design-build the subterranean parking garages at The Trails apartments in San Diego. From pre-con through building Penick was called on to provide analytical thinking, creative techniques and efficient project management to optimize the design and construction phases. Despite several hitches, including rain delays and a tight job site, Penick executed flawlessly and finished the project ahead of schedule.
