The Project:
Roel came to Convergent with high expectations and an aggressive building schedule for this design-assist mid-rise hotel and the foundation/SOG for an 180ksf casino.
Convergent's pre-con unit provided on-the-spot structural input, and in-house structural engineers, in collaboration with the Roel team, were able to move quickly through the design process. By redesigning and engineering structural components, Convergent produced a design that was more efficient both terms of material usage and construction schedule - all while shaving one million dollars off the budget. |
