The Project:
The tight confines of this project required careful coordination of the project schedule to ensure that the sequence of work provided adequate access to the site for men and materials. T.B. Penick's supervisor and the Project Manager worked through countless schedule iterations to develop the most efficient building strategy to enable the efficient flow of men and materials.
