The Project:
9378 Wilshire enjoys a prominent location in the heart of the prestigious Beverly Hills area. For this Design-Assist project, the TB Penick/Convergent team optimized the concrete, rebar, formwork and excavation for schedule and cost savings. The 30,920 square foot, three-story building will feature a striking full height vision glass panel system, with concrete footings, decks, columns, and walls. Subterranean parking will be provided at a ratio of three (3) spaces per 1,000 square feet. Completion of the project is slated for summer of 2009.
