The Project:
This controversial master-planned Class A office development was a negotiated bid with Swinerton Builders, and the first of a series of developments slated for this Kearny Mesa site. The 12-story tower with subterranean parking employed an internal bracing system and was cast using the shotcrete method. The tight work site called for extensive coordination among all trades. T.B. Penick was able to complete their scope two months ahead of schedule.
