When Convergent was chosen to design-build a CIP garage for CityLink Investment Corp./Morena Vista LLC, the company delivered a quote on the $2.6 million job in just three weeks. From concept to completion, Convergent optimized every phase of the project. As a result, the project was completed a month earlier than the estimated four-month projection, a testament to the design-build process and to the expertise of Convergent.
