The Project:
Designed for flying forms by Nabih Youssef and Associates, the moment frame beams and conventional reinforcing on this project made this 12-story cast-in-place hotel among the most complicated of flyer jobs.
The Penick team's innovative use of flying tables with built-in beams, and a unique adaptation of its Penick-owned form system in what might have been hand-set areas, was instrumental in delivering this project economically and right on schedule.
