The Project:
Plans called for this seven-story cast-in-place condominium complex and subterranean parking structure to be built around the historical Egyptian Theater, an intricate Art Moderne cinema dating from the 1920's. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and 12-foot exposed concrete ceilings, the loft style condos required exceptional attention to detail and utmost quality control of the architectural concrete elements.
