Air Traffic Control Tower

The Project:

This project was design-build Air Traffic control tower at Naval Station Lemoore. New steel moment frame structure with precast concrete exterior panels and 9th floor cantilevered observation deck and a 10th floor octagonal cab with 360 degree viewing for air traffic controllers. The scope of work included site improvements, underground utilities, cooling tower and mechanical yard. This building also received LEED certification.
