T.B. Penick & Sons has an extensive renovation resume and has helped rebuild several historical structures that continue to serve our communities. Walker House

The Project:

Since 1997, the City of San Dimas purchased the Walker House building and began the process of developing plans for a complete restoration of the building. The City's goal for the building was to restore the building and provide it as a community asset. Plans called for a portion of the building to be used by the San Dimas Festival of Arts and possibly other community organizations. Also, plans called for a restoration and improvement of the existing kitchen facilities to provide a prime food service location.
