NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER PT. MUGU, CA PROJECT DELIVERY: Design Build Task Order ARCHITECT: Jeff Katz Architecture The U.S. Navy selected T.B. Penick as the contractor for their Range Operations Center Addition and Alterations at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at Pt. Mugu. This three-story, steel brace frame structure houses a computer control center in addition to three viewing theatres and visitor areas at the Pacific Missile Test Range Operations Facility.
