SAINT BRIGID CATHOLIC CHURCH PACIFIC BEACH, CA PROJECT DELIVERY: PHASE 1: CMC, Guaranteed Maximum Price PHASE 2 & 3: Design/build, CMC, Guaranteed Maximum Price ARCHITECT: Zagrodnik+Thomas (2,3); Case Group Architects Started as a structural upgrade, this project evolved into an aesthetic renovation of an existing 50-year-old church including new interior finishes and an expansion of the existing sanctuary space. The second and third phases encompassed updating office space, rectory and living quarters in addition to entry and site improvements. During the project, T.B.
