SAN DIEGO COUNTY ADMINISTRATION CENTER SAN DIEGO, CA ARCHITECT: Milford Wayne Donaldson Restoration of this four-story structure with a central nine-story tower required an extensive waste abatement program requiring shrink wrapping sections of the structure during clean-up. After repairs were made to the façade, the building was washed and coated with a protective sealer. The exterior steel windows, rails and trim were prepped and painted. The project also included adding a concrete and steel stairway to the tower from the lobby as well as renovating the tower suites. - Previous -      - Next -
