CAMP PENDELTON
RESTAURANT FACILITY
A prototype for future Marine dining facilities, this new restaurant
building set new standards now implemented in todays Marine
Corp. dining facilities. Features 10,000 sf commercial kitchen and
18,000 sf dining area. Kitchen is set up for both buffet style food
selection and fresh cooked over the counter orders. This facility
can serve as many as 350 customers per hour at full capacity.
The project received an outstanding performance evaluation by the
United States Marine Corps Officer in Charge of Construction and a
design merit award for its innovative design features.
