OPERATIONAL TRAINER LEMOORE, CA DELIVERY METHOD: Design/Build Task Order ARCHITECT: E.J. Cass & Associates This new 22,000 SF flight simulator training facility was designed and built by TB Penick and Harper Construction for the Department of the Navy at Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA. The building houses five new L-3 flight training simulators that are the current technology in training fighter pilots.
