OLD TOWN STATE PARK
SAN DIEGO, CA
T.B. Penick was selected to provide construction management and reconstruction services for the building and restoring of four historic buildings located around Old Town's central plaza including the 4,500 SF Rose-Robinson building, 850 SF Alvarado-Johnson building, 1,350 SF Alvarado House and 600 SF replica of San Diego's first courthouse.
In recognition of the company's role in the building of San Diego's landmarks Mayor O'Connor proclaimed May 19, 1989 T.B. Penick & Sonšs Day.
