INTEGRATED MAINTENANCE HANGAR LEMOORE, CA DELIVERY METHOD: Design/Build Task Order ARCHITECT: E.J. Cass & Associates TB Penick and Harper Construction partnered as design builders for this 90,000 SF facility at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The existing hangar facility was fully renovated with all new offices, mechanical and electrical and specialty aircraft fire protection systems. Two new hangar bays were added to the existing bay to increase the aircaft storage and maintenance capacity.
