Penick was able to complete construction of this double hangar with armory additons for the Department of the Navy in just 18 months. The 110,000 SF facility features two 300 foot-long by 50 feet-high telescoping hangar doors allowing clear access and weather protection for aircraft. State-of-the-art fire detection systems were installed in addition to special environmental piping to minimize hazardous spills.
