CONSOLDIATED AIRCRAFT TRAINING FACILITY CAMP PENDLETON, CA DELIVERY METHOD: Negotiated Fixed Price ARCHITECT: Liberstudio Architects, Inc. This three-story, 25,000 SF building was constructed at the Marine Corps Air Station for the Department of the Navy for the training of helicopter mechanics in the HM 303 FREST Group. Construction included foundation work with pre-stressed concrete piles, structural steel framing, exterior metal siding and special interior finishes. The exterior features a red façade comprised of porcelain clad panels and corrugated metal siding with and exterior stairwell.
