AVIARA OAKS MIDDLE SCHOOL CARLSBAD, CA ARCHITECT: Sprotte+Watson Architecture This school was built under a multiple prime contract. T.B. Penick constructed a 29,000 SF multi-purpose building, locker facilities, an outdoor amphitheater including site landscape and decorative concrete paving. The multi-purpose building is a wood and steel framed structure with a subterranean basement and includes classrooms, technology labs, video studio, administrative offices and a gymnasium.
